Our Concept

Handmade lifestyle products from Kenya with natural and local Kenyan materials of Kanga’s and Canvas. Every bag is designed individually. With the combination of the colourful local Kanga’s and strong Canvas we design high quality bags and products which will make you smile and help create employment with a fair wage. Each bag has its unique design with the selection of materials.

 

Our Collection

The foundation of our collection is bags and cushions. Our selection is Travel bags,  Shoppers/Beach bags, Envelope/Clutch and Business bags for both men and women. We are working on our new stock with the latest designs of Kangas. All items are carefully selected and hand made with good quality craftsmanship. 

 

Our Materials

We use the natural materials of Canvas and Kangas. Canvas originates from the famous safari tents and stands for durability and functionality. Kanga has been known as a traditional type of dress in Kenya and means in Swahili “to wrap or close”. The Kanga contains a special line in Swahili with a line that gives a message in the form of a riddle or proverb.
